Remove the bread machine pan from the machine and set on a secure area of your workspace
Microwave milk in a microwave safe container until warm (about 45-55 sec, may be longer depending on microwave) then add to bread machine pan
Add softened butter or shortening to bread machine pan
Add beaten eggs
Add sea salt and sugar to bread machine pan
Sift the flour into the bread machine pan on top of the liquids
Make a small hole with a utensil (or your finger) in the center of the flour about 1" deep, add the yeast
Place the bread machine pan back into its baking position in the bread machine
Power on bread machine, select the desired type of bread and crust selection you desire and push "start" or "bake" to start the bread machine baking process
Once the bread machine has ended its baking cycle, remove the bread pan from the machine using potholders or a rag
Turn the bread pan upside down while holding it close to your cooling rack, let the loaf fall out of the bread pan and on to the cooling rack to cool
Before slicing your loaf of bread, remove the dough mixing blade from the bottom of the loaf if it didn't stay in the pan when you dumped the loaf out to cool
Slice and serve warm or leave whole until cooled to room temperature, then wrap in plastic or put in an airtight container until ready to use
